Areas of research:

Sedimentology of non-marine deposits. Paleoclimatology, paleohydrology and paleoecology of ancient lacustrine systems. Sedimentary geochemistry (stable isotopes, org.matter geochemistry). Stratigraphy of Upper Paleozoic continental basins of Bohemian Massive.
